Ethan's Photo Shoot

Ethan's Uncle Dan took some amazing pictures of him last week. Ethan was not super cooperative, but we got some great shots anyways. Ethan peed three times during the photo shoot. We can't wait to show these naked shots to his first girlfriend!

Little Helper

I have been cleaning like crazy to get the house in tip top shape before we move this weekend. Taylor has been helping me. She loves to clean. Sweeping and mopping are her favorite, but on this day she was cleaning the glass. I am so lucky!!!

Markers

Greg bought Taylor some fun washable markers to color with. She has really enjoyed coloring in her coloring books with them. The other day she explored how the markers worked on her skin. Luckily she usually plays with her markers in the buff. Needless to say, we headed straight to the bath after with played with our markers.

BBQ at Nikki's

Aunt Nikki's new patio is done so we went over for a BBQ last night. It was a beautiful night and Nikki grilled up some yummy food. It was nice to take a break from packing (we are moving this weekend).

Shark Reef

The Jacobs Family spent the day at the Shark Reef. Taylor loved looking at the fishies and could have spent all day there. Ethan enjoyed his nap while we were there.

Easter Fun

We had an amazing Easter with friends and family. We started our day by having brunch and an Easter celebration at Grandma Becky's house then we headed over to Nana Pam's house for more Easter fun!

Grandma Becky bought all the kids these adorable Adirondack chairs for the backyard.

Let the egg hunt begin. The girls loved looking for the eggs. The egg hunt went on for quite a long time since there wasn't much competition (all three girls are 18-20 months). Luckily their parents helped out. Ethan had a great time on Easter.Taylor and Uncle Dan.

The Easter Bunny Visited!

The Easter Bunny visited the Jacobs' family. Taylor liked her Easter basket, but thought the fake plastic grass was the best gift ever. Yeah for sidewalk chalk. We can't wait to test it out.

American Idol 2030

Taylor is quite the singer these days. She loves to sing her ABC's and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (she sings modified versions of these). The other day she was playing with the turkey baster and started belting out her favorite tunes. We think she'll be ready for American Idol in 2o years!

Hello

Taylor has always loved phones (especially cell phones). Lately she has been using this puzzle piece as a phone. She pretends to have conversations. They usually go something like this, "Hello, okay, babble, babble, okay".

Ethan's First Bath

Ethan had his first bath last week. He didn't enjoy it, but it was definitely needed.
Taylor helped give her brother a bath with her very own washcloth. Ethan started out very happy in his bath seat.

Once the water started flowing, his mood changed quickly.

Playing Together

Ethan and Taylor had some quality playing time together on the activity mat today. Taylor is trying really hard to be careful around her brother. Just chillin with her bro.

Egg Hunt

Aunt Nikki took Taylor to an egg hunt at the park. Taylor had a great time and found 2 eggs. Taylor thought that once she had an egg in each hand that was it. Boy is it easy to please a 1 year old. I'm sure next year 2 eggs won't cut it. The gang at the egg hunt.

Playing Outside

We decided to enjoy the fabulous weather yesterday and catch some sun rays outside. Taylor enjoyed playing with her water table and bubbles and Ethan enjoyed sleeping in the sun. He has jaundice so we have been letting him get some sun the past few days.
