We put an offer on a new house and it was accepted last night. We are thrilled to be moving into a larger house. We are busting at the seams in our current house. We will be moving in the beginning of April as long as the new house passes all the inspections and appraisal. We'll still be in the Southern Highlands area and the house is in a gated community. It's 3100 square feet and has 4 bedrooms inside. Best of all it is a 1 story, so we don't have to worry about Greg and the kids falling down the stairs.

It even has a guest house out back! The guest house has a bathroom and kitchen. Visitors are welcomed to stay with us!
