Camping in Pine Valley

We went camping last weekend with a bunch of friends and family.  We tried a new campground for our annual spring camping trip.  We went to Pine Valley, Utah this year and it was great.  The kids had fun running around the campground, fishing, and playing in the creek.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day brunch at our house.  It was so nice for all of Greg's family and my family to spend it together.  As usual, we had a ton of yummy food and the kids loved spending time with all their family members.

Girl Time

Aunt Nikki treated us to pedicures on Mother's Day.  We went to a fabulous nail salon that had a pretty pink butterfly chair for Taylor to sit in.  

Just Like Tay

Ethan has never showed interest in dressing up.  The other day after watching the Cinderella play he insisted on wearing the Cinderella dress.  He said "Just like Tay".  These two crazies danced around to some Disney music from Pandora (my new fav thing in the whole world).  Then he wanted it off.  He hasn't wanted to do it again.  I am not going to encourage it.  I just wish I would have put a bow in his hair, because he sure is cute as a girl.

Birthday Fun

My birthday this year was great!  I got breakfast in bed with my 2 cuties.  Got to go see a movie with my wonderful husband.  Then shared a super yummy dinner with my whole family.  The week before I went zip lining with a few friends under the light show downtown (4 of us have april birthdays). Even though I don't like getting older, I love all the fun things I get to do on my birthday!

Soccer

Taylor started playing soccer a few weeks ago.  She is having a great time.  Aunt Nikki is our coach (I am registered as the coach, but she does everything).  Cousin Abby is on our team.  Our team has no idea what they are doing, but we are having fun.

Playdough at the Park

 Our playgroup had a play dough at the park day.  We made up a bunch of homemade play dough and played with it at the park.  Best part was cleanup.  It was a breeze since we were outside.  Taylor made a cute monster with her play dough.  As usual, Ethan just made a mess.

Cinderella Play

We went to a play the other weekend.  It was Cinderella!!!! Aunt Rosalie and Grandma Becky joined us for the evening.  I was a little worried that Ethan would be troublesome at the show, but he loved it.  He sat and watched the whole thing.  Taylor's new favorite princess is now Cinderella!
