Summer is Here

The sun is out and summer is here. We celebrated the warm weather by putting our feet in Nana's pool the other day. Taylor loved splashing her feet in the pool and Ethan didn't mind getting his feet wet either.

She's Got Style

The other night after her bath Taylor decided to play dress up. She has really been into shoes lately. She is constantly breaking into my closet stealing my shoes. Tonight she went for one of her favorite pairs of heels. She actually walks better in heels than I do.

2 months old

Ethan is 2 months old. He had his first round of shots and was a real trooper. He is so tough just like his sister. He now weighs 12.7 pounds and is 23.25 inches long. He is definitely a healthy boy!

Birthday at the Park

We went to Taylor's friend Hayden's 2nd birthday party last weekend at the park. Taylor had a great time playing with all the balls at the party. Ethan had a great time sleeping.

Ice Cream

Nana brought over some Golden Spoon the other day. Boy was it great! Taylor kept calling it yogurt. I wish yogurt tasted that good.

A Day at Grandma's

We spent today at Grandma Becky's house and boy did we have fun. Taylor and Abby played outside with the turtle, we had some great lunch, and Ethan put on a smile show for us.

This boy is all smiles lately.

Ethan is a very happy baby. His 2 favorite things right now are his swing and his swaddle blanket. The combination of these two things puts him right to sleep.

Mother's Day Fun

We had a wonderful Mother's Day. We had a BBQ at Grandma Becky's house Friday night and then continued the festivities on Sunday with the Steele Family. Greg and Taylor made Mom breakfast.

Big Sister and Little Brother

Auntie Kate bought the kids these adorable shirts that say Big Sister and Little Brother. The kids wore them the other day and I snapped some cute pictures of them. Taylor loves to give Ethan kisses. She doesn't give cheek kisses, instead it is full on mouth to mouth!

Ethan is 1 month old

Ethan turned 1 month old last week and we went to the doctor's for a check up. Ethan is growing and developing great. He is now 10.8 pounds and 22 inches long! The doctor did hear a slight heart murmur so we are going to a specialist to get it checked out. Ethan is sleeping great. He usually only gets up once during the night so mom and dad are super happy. Ethan is up most of the day. He loves to play in his swing and loves tummy time. We moved into our new house last week and are super busy putting things away. Taylor loves to help unload the boxes.
